Meet Paulina

With a passion for effective communication and a diverse background in both international community management and project leadership, Paulina brings a unique blend of skills as the Operations Coordinator for Adam Baker at Realty Austin Compass.

Paulina earned a degree in Organizational Communications at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. After completing her studies, she embarked on an eight-year journey in Spain, mastering the art of cultivating relationships as a bilingual Spanish and English Community Manager and Outreach Coordinator. 

Her return to Austin marked a shift in her career, ultimately leading her to the dynamic world of real estate. With her refined communication skills, community-building expertise, and passion for project management, Paulina ensures every client's journey in real estate is seamless and satisfying with Adam Baker.

Outside the world of real estate, Paulina enjoys the outdoors with her dog, going to new coffee shops with her husband, and spending time with her friends and family.
