About Paulina Garate

Paulina is the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As Director of Operations for Adam Baker at SERHANT., she makes sure every client's experience feels organized, responsive, and genuinely taken care of from the first conversation to the closing table.

She came to the role by an interesting route. After earning a degree in Organizational Communications from St. Edward's University here in Austin, Paulina spent eight years in Spain working as a bilingual community manager and outreach coordinator. That's where she really learned how to build relationships and bring people together across languages and cultures, skills that translate surprisingly well to real estate.

Back in Austin, she brings that same care to the details that make a transaction feel effortless: clear communication, sharp project management, and the kind of follow-through that means nothing slips through the cracks. Clients working with Adam at SERHANT. get the benefit of her steady hand throughout the process.

Outside of work, Paulina is usually outdoors with her dog, checking out a new coffee shop with her husband, or spending time with friends and family.
